Local law enforcement in and around Arapahoe County, Colorado are urging for the public to step up and speak out in hopes of identifying a man who pepper sprayed three family dogs. The man allegedly returned with a golf bag and then also dog-napped one of the furry family members right from the family home.
The assault of the three dogs, and theft of the four-legged family member were both caught on video, but so far a positive identification has not been made. The suspect will likely face charges of animal cruelty, trespassing, and burglary.
